Agrizone, a favourite site for professional buyers
At the Favorite'2020 ceremony organized by the Federation e-commerce and distance sales (Fevad), Agrizone won the award for "Best Sales Site and Services to Professionals". The company specializing in the online sale of spare parts for the agricultural world is ahead of Maxiburo and Legallais. Through a survey conducted by Médiamétrie among a sample of French companies (local authorities, industries, professionals, craftsmen-traders, service companies) who have bought online in the past year on one of the 12 pre-selected sites, the evaluations covered five criteria: product offering, value for money, site operation (navigation intuitivity), customer service (after-sales), CSR policy.
Digitalisation, a long-term strategy
According to a Hackett Group survey, almost all purchasing departments see the digitalization of Source-to-pay primarily as a lever of efficiency. In its 7-page analysis report, the firm explains that this approach leads companies to automate transactional transactions related to the management of purchase files or billing-payment as a priority. By focusing on reducing costs and resources, with short-term results, they would forget to consider the strategic dimension of the process. Digitalizing sourcing, expenditure analysis, contract management or risk management providers would be much more profitable in the long run, making it easier to share information and make decisions.
