On the occasion of the first edition of the Ekiden of the Stade Français Paris, Sunday, June 19 at the Jean Bouin stadium, the team composed of Madeleine, Ruchi, Guillaume, Julien, Paul and Rémy completed a "relay marathon" in 4 hours and 20 minutes, under a busy sky after the heat wave of the previous days. Of Japanese origin, the Ekiden is based on a succession of running races in teams of six torchbearers, on circuits of various distances: in this case 5, 7 and 10 kilometers. For this first participation, the "Team Acxias" ranked at an honorable 338Th place, but above all carried the values of the company: team spirit, surpassing oneself ...
