From the perspective of theobligation for French companies to receive and accept electronic invoices from 1 July 2024, Acxias has developed a connector to retrieve data in the dematerialization platforms of their suppliers and in Chorus Pro in order to inject them automatically into Ariba Invoicing. This obligation, which is part of a broader reform aimed at combating VAT fraud, requires suppliers to transmit their invoices in one of the authorised structured formats (EDI, XML, Invoice-X, etc.) excluding PDF, via the platform of a private operator certified by the administration and the national platform of the country concerned, or directly by the latter. Acxias' "Invoicing 4.0" connector allows the automatic transcription in Ariba of the content of scanned invoices, associating them with the corresponding purchase order.
