Advantage of e-purchasing solutions for services

Nearly half of companies (43%) would rely on their e-purchasing solution to manage purchases of intellectual services and services, according to the latest Ivalua “Purchasing Trends” survey. Those equipped with such a solution but who do not use it in this context explain their choice by the absence of dedicated functionalities (47% of mentions), in particular for the management of legal (26%) or organizational and operational aspects (27%). In the other cases, companies use their ERP (21% of the panel) or a specialized tool, whether it is a commercial software package (18%) or an application developed in-house (12% ). Only 6% of respondents do not have a tool.
