Five leaders in e-procurement

According to Forrester's latest e-procurement study, published in mid-2017, the market would be dominated by Coupa, Basware, SAP Ariba, Zycus and GEP. Taking into account both the characteristics of the solution and the profile of the company (strategy, presence, income, etc.), through 30 evaluation criteria, this study points out the complexity of implementation of the suites covering the entire purchasing process and the limits of the modules proposed by the ERPs. On the other hand, it highlights the benefits that an integrated supplier network can bring. Behind the five leaders are Ivalua, Tradeshift, Jaggaer (SciQuest), Tata CS, BirchStreet, Oracle and Perfect Commerce.
