As part of its global E-Cube digital transformation project that led to the selection of the suite SAP Ariba for the facet purchases and procure-to-pay, Eurovia (Vinci Group) called on Acxias to provide expert support for the solution on the pilot entities in Quebec. In the continuity, the specialized agency was entrusted with the configuration, theintegration and the Deployment of the solution with delegations covered in April 2021 in France and representing nearly 10,000 users. At the same time, Acxias ensured the deployment of supplier communities in the SAP Business Network, to facilitate the collection of information and the exchange of documents, as well as the automated recovery of catalogs with RPA robots (Robotic process automation). Several thousand suppliers have been onboarded in a few months on the SAP network with also thousands of catalogs now operational in production. The proportion of formalized orders is now approaching 100% on the covered perimeter. In addition to taking care of the management and the tooling of the application maintenance (TMA), Acxias now supports the deployment of SAP Ariba in other entities.
