The American publisher Icertis, specialized in contract management, and Sap, the German software giant, announced an expansion of their partnership to help companies better control risks and become more efficient, particularly in the area of Purchases. As an extension of their collaboration initiated in 2020 to optimize the Source-to-pay and Lead-to-cash processes, the two companies intend to strengthen the integration of Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) with SAP Ariba and SAP Customer Experience. Now referenced SAP Endorsed Apps and certified Premium by the publisher, with increased security and alignment with best practices, Icertis' solutions provide CLM (Contract lifecycle management) reinforced byartificial intelligence to improve the compliance of operations and to anticipate contractual deadlines.
