A social network for state buyers
To promote cross-cutting collaboration and mobility, the State Procurement Directorate (EAD) has set up a professional social network for the actors of the function, centrally as well as in the decentralized departments of ministries and related public institutions. At its inception in the spring of 2016, the DAE had 85 agents. It is in charge of the definition and implementation of the State's procurement policy, with the main objective of increasing the level of savings through "relevant mutualisations". Its missions also include the development of responsible purchasing, SME access to public procurement and innovation.
