Your missions
The Project Manager establishes a relationship of trust with our clients' teams and sets up the conditions for the success of the projects entrusted to him.
In close collaboration with the Project Directors, the Project Manager ensures the operational management of our clients' digital transformation projects:
- Initialization and monitoring of planning, budget, compliance with commitments,
- Monitoring the good match between the committed team and the objectives, proposing adjustments to the resources committed,
- Preparation and animation of steering bodies (steering committees, operational project committees, etc.)
- Follow-up of actions, rest to be done on the different activities etc.
- Reporting (weekly activity reports, dashboards, etc.),
- Use of the tools used by Acxias for project management (Zoho Project, Zoho Analytics, MS Excel, Ms Project etc.) or even tools imposed by the client
- Support during project testing phases
Your profile
- Several recruitments planned at all levels of seniority,
- Young graduates of Grande Ecole Commerce Engineer or Business: at least one experience (internship, work-study program) that confirmed your appetite for IT project management,
- A real plus: experience in purchasing, Cloud software,
- You master project management methods (SAP Activate, PMP du PMI, Prince 2, IPMA or other)
- Mastery of the Office Pack: Excel, PPT, Word
- Appetite for IT/software projects etc.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, proactive, rigorous, autonomous
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic, easy relational,
- Excellent writing skills in French and good writing skills in English.
