Your missions
Within the Human Resources department, we are recruiting a future recruitment specialist to support us in our growth dynamic of +50% / year (another 20 new employees to be recruited in 2023).
After a solid training period, you will identify the best talents for our company in France, Switzerland and Mauritius, present the Acxias company, its differentiating axes and advantages, listen to and take into account their aspirations and development projects. in order to make them a proposal in line with their aspirations, in close collaboration with the managers of the Business Units concerned.
You will be accompanied by the HR Manager to define and implement the activities best suited to your objectives (hunting, announcements on job boards, events, school relations, social networks, employer branding, etc.) and learn how to use the latest IT tools.
In summary, you will offer an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates, future ACXIAS employees.
Your profile
- A real commercial fiber drives you!
- Coming from a business school type training with (or not) a specialization in HR or Purchasing
- First experiences (internships and work-study programs included) where you have demonstrated audacity, motivation, originality, rigor
- Strong appetite for innovation, digital technology and the spirit of "business development"-startup,
- Autonomous, results-oriented and service-oriented, ability to adapt and exchange with interlocutors of all levels of seniority,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, infectious enthusiasm, strength of conviction, commercial at heart.
